Last Year in 2020, Pubg Mobile was banned by Indian Government with other 256 Chinese apps. Due to Security Reasons and Privacy Issues of the Players and Country these apps are banned in India. And Now, Recently Krafton Announced new version of Pubg Mobile that is Battleground Mobile India. They breaks all Partnership (only for India) with Tencent to launch the game in India. And Pre-Registration of Battleground Mobile India also starts from 18th May on Play store. Krafton confirmed that Battleground Mobile India is New version and Modify for Indian Region. And the Security and Privacy are the First Priority for them. They setup New-Servers in India and Singapore with the help of their Partners.

Why Indian Politician Demanded to Ban Battleground Mobile India-
Former MLA Ninong Ering of Pasighat west, Arunanchal Pradesh wrote a letter to PMO of India Mr. Narendra Modi and demanded to ban the Battleground Mobile India in the country.
He wrote in his letter-
"PUBG Mobile was banned in India. Because there are multiple reports of addiction, monetary loss, self-harm, accidents, suicides and murders attributed to this game.
However, while our country is currently battling with the Covid pandemic and the Central and various state governments are trying their best to contain that, according to recent media reports, unscrupulous companies connected to PUBG, including Krafton. Tencent and PUBG India Pvt. Ltd, are trying to sidestep our laws, deceive the government and Indian citizens and relaunch the game with a new name of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI).
Sir, this is a mere illusion and trick to relaunch the game(PUBG Mobile) with very few modifications and collect user data of millions of our citizens, including our children and transfer it to the Chinese government and other foreign companies.
The Chinese company Tencent is the world's biggest gaming company and has a investment in over 300 gaming companies. However, its stake has raised national security concems in multiple countries. The United States Committee on Foreign Investment (CHILS) has asked companies in US which have Tencent stake about their security protocols and handling of data. CFIUS is currently discussing the potential divestment of Tencent from American gaming companies. Similarly, Tencent's stake in local gaming companies has also raised serious national security concerns in Japan and other nations.
Tencent is currently 15.5% stake in Krafton. Its stake was only 10% in 2018 but now it may soon have a majority stake and contril. While after the ban on PUBG in India. Krafton allegedly stopped its agreement with Tencent in India, however, Tencent is still the publisher and distributer of PUBG Mobile outside India."
